We are not individual owners and we are not a marketplace where anyone can post. Latitude Properties is a licensed real estate agency. Owners place their homes with us; our local branches take over management, inspection and service. Every key on this site is handed over by someone on our payroll.
That is the difference that matters when something goes wrong at 22:00 in a city you don't live in. The person who answers is the same person who walked the flat last week — employed by us, sitting in our office, speaking your language.

No. Latitude Properties is a licensed real estate agency. Owners place their homes with us; our local branches manage, inspect and service them. You always deal with our staff, never a stranger on a listings board.
Before a home appears on this site it is walked through by an agent from the nearest branch. Photos are taken by us, meters are read, and the inventory is checked against the contract. A home that fails inspection never makes it online.
Nightly, monthly and seasonal rates are stated on each listing. Utilities, cleaning cadence and exit condition are written into the agreement before you pay — nothing is added after the fact.
Yes. Deposit terms are stated up front in the contract and returned per those terms. Card and crypto deposits are both documented on the same agreement.

The firm
We started with one office in Dubai and a rule we never broke: never rent what we haven't walked through ourselves.
Latitude Properties grew the way our clients move: Dubai, then Abu Dhabi, then the Thai coast, then Türkiye, the Caucasus, Vietnam, Malaysia and Cyprus. Every new city started the same way — one agent, a rented desk, and a list of owners we already trusted.
We keep the portfolio deliberately small per city. A branch manages what it can inspect between Monday and Friday, and nothing more. That's why you'll see forty homes in Phuket and not four thousand.
Contracts are plain. Deposits are stated up front. Utilities, cleaning cadence and the exit condition are written into the agreement before you transfer anything.
